Lost or damaged your Refill Box? Follow these steps for a free replacement box.
To request a replacement refill box:
1. Log in to your Soda Sense account here.
2. Enter your login credentials.
3. Once you are logged in, click the 'Request a replacement box' button on the left hand side of the screen
4. Once the in page pop-up appears, click on 'Send me a new box' and a new refill box will be sent your shipping address!
