      If I send more than one exchange box into the post office, how many refills will I get in return?

      When you put your exchange box in the mail to send back to us and get your refills, it will scan and give us a notification to send you your new canisters!  

      If you didn't mean to send in more than one box into the post office, just let us know and we will: 

      • Make sure that it is taken care of right away and you don't get too many return bottles
      • Cancel the second charge to you 

      If you need or want more than one box for your refills or something happens where you end up with two, but only want one returned for one exchange, then throw away one of the boxes and keep one for whenever you want to do your exchange.
