How does The Exchange work through Amazon?

You can purchase our product off of Amazon, and here are a couple of tips that you can follow when doing so: 

1. Once I order from Amazon, how do I get the exchange program started? 

• Rather than heading back to Amazon for more bottles, recycle the ones you already own with us and save by joining our mail-order CO2 exchange program. We offer the convenience of returns from your mailbox and refills delivered to your doorstep.
• Get started by creating an account with us by generating a return label for your Amazon Exchange Box. Don’t worry; it doesn’t cost a thing to generate the label, and once you're signed up, and you should never need to print another one as each exchange box is sent with a prepaid return label.
• If you don't have the original box that it came in from Amazon, then you will have to go to our website and purchase an Exchange box in order to send them back and start an exchange program with us. 

2. I didn't receive a return label in my box from Amazon, what do I do? 

• You will go to the Amazon tab that is at the bottom of our website OR go to this link https://www.sodasense.com/amazon/
• You will then login to your account and complete the steps to "buy" (it comes at no cost) shipping label 
• Creating an account by purchasing a no-cost return label will allow you to start the program with the box your amazon order came in.
• Future exchanges will have a prepaid return label included, so you should never have to print another label.
