How do I change my account information? (Shipping/billing address and payment method)

You can manage your shipping address, billing address and payment method all from your account.


**Please be aware that our account portal is undergoing a revamp. As a result, we now have two types of account portals available. Rest assured, you can update your account information on both versions. Thank you for your understanding during this transition.**


Follow the steps below to update your account information:

1. Go to sodasense.com/account/login

2. Enter your login credentials. 

3. After you login, your screen will look like either one of the following options:

The remaining steps will be broken out for each option.

Option 1: 

4.  Click on "Manage membership" button

5. From here, you're able to edit your billing/shipping addresses as well as your payment card on file.

Option 2:

4.  Scroll down to the "Account Information" section

5. From here, you're able to edit your billing/shipping addresses as well as your payment card on file.

 

Option 3:

4. If you see this screen, it means you have multiple memberships associated with your account. The difference between the account portals is determined by the time at which the membership was created. Select which membership you'd like to manage. You can always switch between memberships if needed.

5. Refer to step 4 in either options 2 or 3 depending on which account portal you chose to manage.
