Can I use my own box to ship the canister back if I lose or throw away the one you provided?

For safety reasons, CO2 canisters must be returned using our Soda Sense Refill Box. This box is equipped with the required regulatory shipping labels and a special permit for our 60L bottles. It also contains specific guidelines and markings that comply with USPS regulations, ensuring the proper handling and transport of the canisters.

To prevent any pickup issues or additional charges, please avoid mailing your exchanges in any box other than the provided one.
