Can I cancel an order while it is still processing? Or do I have to call and have you guys cancel it for me?

Canceling policy for SodaSense

When you start ordering with us, but you don't want to continue, or something with your order ended up being wrong, here is what you can do in order to make sure things get corrected:

  • You are not able to cancel the order yourself through your account. 
  • Within 24 hours of your order, and you decide that you need to cancel your order, you can contact our customer service at:
